As the managing director and senior consultant of Home Aged Care Services, Fariba has over twenty years experience and relevant qualifications in health sector, in particular aged care.
Fariba is an approved aged care provider as well as possessing extensive knowledge and experience in positions of senior management within the aged care industry, consulting in management systems, accreditation support, completing accreditation applications, operation functions, staff training, human resource management, and ACFI review.
Qualifications: 
Registered Nurse, (Bachelor of Science, The University of Sydney) Master in Health Administration, MHA (The University of New South Wales) Bachelor of Law, LLB (University of Technology, Sydney) Master of Law (University of Technology, Sydney) Certificate IV in Work Place Assessment Training Approved Aged Care Provider
